Ram Dass Conscious Aging Audiobook (2006) Audio CD - Inspirational Guide for Seniors and Caregivers in Personal Growth and Spiritual Development

Ram Dass (now gone on to a higher plane) cannot be praised enough for his insightful, humorous take on living and dying. This is my second copy of this CD (I loaned out my first never to see it again, Oh well) and I listened to a friend's copy WITH that friend. We listened, paused, discussed, repeat. Truly a path to contemplate. I don't find the meditation CD particularly helpful but the "lecture" is wonderful. Enjoy
